Below are my shows with brief descriptions and timestamps of the important hits I sourced ranging from live, in-studio candidate interviews to pre-taped audio regarding locally pertinent stories.
Aug. 26, 2026:
I solo-hosted the show and interviewed Julie Auten with Hall County Master Gardeners live in segment one (12:11-18:20) and played a pre-taped interview I did with State Sen. Drew Echols (R-49) about his corn maze’s Dolly Parton theme this year for segment three (40:24-48:32).
July 29, 2026:
I co-hosted the Drive at 5 with my fellow reporter Hamilton Keener and we played audio I got from a Maysville data center town hall with developers on July 28 in segment one (13:17-19:44) and in segment three (40:35-47:32) we played audio I got that same morning (July 29) from a press conference in Lavonia as the one-year anniversary of their labor and delivery unit closing due to cuts to Medicaid.
July 27, 2026:
I solo-hosted the show and played audio cuts I retrieved from Colt Gray’s sentencing hearing in segment one (12:25-20:20) and in segment three (40:04-49:06) I played an interview I got with citizen Melanie Garrish regarding the recall effort of Hall County Sheriff Gerald Couch.
July 23, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:20-17:08) I played audio of Jon Ossoff holding a virtual townhall regarding Mike Collins’ son-in-law as well as updates on confirmation hearings and in segment three (41:02-50) I played audio with Hall County Commissioner for District 3 Gregg Poole ahead of a voting meeting that same night regarding a new courthouse and a development.
July 2, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and ahead of July 4, I played audio reporter Lawson Smith and I got regarding northeast Georgia ties to Independence Day for segment one (13:01-19:17) and in segment three (41:00-50:30) I played an interview I got with Gwinnett County Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson regarding her appointment to the chair of the Metro North Georgia Water Planning District.
June 30, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:30-16:40) I read off the top headlines of the day with audio from a Hall County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson regarding a local crime story and in segment three (40:05-48:48) I played an interview I got with citizen Melanie Garrish as recall efforts against Hall County Sheriff Gerald Couch kicked off.
June 4, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:17-17:55) I spoke with Kimberly Sizemore to preview what is happening around the area for the weekend; in segment two (24:30-28:05) I played audio from Gainesville Mayor Zack Thompson I pre-taped regarding the “Save Green Street” effort and in segment three (40:15-49:15) I played audio I got earlier in the day with Hall County Interim Administrator John Gentry and Hall County Director of Planning and Zoning Katie Ahmed regarding public input meetings for updates to the Unified Development Code (UDC) and the comprehensive plan.
June 3, 2026:
I co-hosted this show with Hamilton Keener and in segment one (12:04-16:18) we read the top headlines from the day and in segment three (39:57-47:14) we played audio Hamilton got regarding a fundraiser for a VFW post.
June 1, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:21-16:04) I played clips I got from a Maysville citizen, Carissa Dawn Martin, regarding a data center proposal there before going to a meeting myself right after the show and in segment three (40:34-52:04) I played audio Martha Zoller and I got co-hosting “The Martha Zoller Show” that same morning interviewing runoff candidate for Lieutenant Governor Greg Dolezal as a backup before State Rep. Ruwa Romman (D-97) called in for a live-hit regarding the redistricting effort by State Republicans.
April 22, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:31-18:57) I played an election preview I got interviewing all four candidates for Hall County Commission District 1 (Korey Anderson, Kathy Cooper (I), Mark Turner, and Mark Faul). This day’s edition I played Korey Anderson and in segment two (25:18-28:15) I played an interview I got the same day with an NWS meteorologist Ty Vaughn for statewide burn bans amid south Georgia wildfires. In segment three (39:45-50:55) I did a live, in-person interview with District 3 Hall County Commissioner and Congressional District 9 Candidate Gregg Poole amid his claims of election interference against the Hall County GOP.
April 16, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:30-18:08) I played audio I got from a Lake Lanier study committee meeting headlined by State Rep. Matt Dubnik (R-29) and State Sen. Drew Echols (R-49) in Gainesville that morning. … and in segment three (40:47-51:20) I interviewed Democratic Candidate for Georgia’s 9th Congressional District Nick Alex live in-studio.
April 13, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:00-20:32) I played an interview Lawson Smith got previewing the Republican Primary for Hall County Board of Education At-Large seat with Candidate Joe Anglin… and in segment three (39:17-50:08) I had Hall County Commission Chairman David Gibbs call in for updates on the new Hall County Courthouse.
Feb. 6, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:41-16:35) I cut and kicked to audio clips of Hall County Superintendent Will Schofield speaking on WDUN’s “The Martha Zoller Show” earlier along with my own reporting at the scene of Chestatee High School. In segment two (22:45-25:11) I played a package from reporter Lawson Smith regarding taste and odor concerns in Lake Lanier as well as solutions from the City of Gainesville and in segment three (40:15-51:11) I spoke to Access North Georgia sports reporter Jeff Hart ahead of Super Bowl LX.
Jan. 2, 2026:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:10-17:25) I played audio I got from State House Majority Leader Chuck Efstration (R-104) and Hall County’s State Sen. Drew Echols (R-49) to preview the upcoming legislative session and laws taking effect. For this show, we played Echols (we played the Efstration audio I got earlier that week). In segment two (21:50-28:24) I spoke to Access North Georgia sports reporter Jeff Hart regarding the college football playoff quarterfinal games that had just taken place and in segment three (40:09-47:18) I spoke with our own Kimberly Sizemore for a look at what was happening for the weekend.
Dec. 5, 2025:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (11:46-19:38) I played audio I got from Access North Georgia sports reporter Jeff Hart amid the Gainesville High School suspension during the playoffs after a fight broke out against Brunswick High School before their next playoff game against Langston Hughes. In segment two (25:41-28:30) I played audio I got earlier in the week on Monday with Project Turbo data center developers (Chris Hoag and Cameron Grogan) in Hall County regarding updates to the project right before they withdrew their application the next week and in segment three (39:39-50:33) I had Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) local coordinator Christine Osasu live in-studio for an update on their funding cuts right before she spoke to a Senate committee in Washington, and an update to a video story I did in July of 2025 where I spoke to a person the program helped and Osasu about the initial cuts.
Oct. 27, 2025:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (11:44-15:28) I read the top headlines from the day and in segment three (40:08-45:08) I played audio clips I got in the midst of the Project Turbo data center tabling in Hall County with clips I got from District 3 Commissioner Gregg Poole, Science for Georgia non-profit executive director Amy Sharma, citizens speaking in opposition, and a developer (Chris Hoag). I got all of these clips myself while reporting in the field.
Sept. 26, 2025:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (11:44-17:12) I read the top headlines from the day and in segment three (40:10-46:33) I spoke with our own Kimberly Sizemore for what was happening for the weekend. At the end of the show, for part of segment four (55:00-56:45) I got a live hit from sports reporter/news director/reporter Caleb Hutchins on the scene between Johns Creek @ Gainesville he was setting up at for the tailgate show.
Sept. 24, 2025:
I co-hosted with Hamilton Keener this show and in segment one (12:20-20:42) we spoke college football with our own John Jacobs ahead of Alabama @ Georgia as well as quick picks across a big slate of games across the country and in segment three (40:37-47:36) we played audio I got from Bob Norton of the Norton Agency, who announced he was running for Gainesville City Council Ward 1.
Sept. 22, 2025:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (13:04-18:34) I got on Saturday with Caroline Filchak amid her fight to get a specialized drug FDA approved for her daughter and in segment three (40:04-49:44) I interview Gainesville Mayor and Georgia 9th Congressional District Republican Candidate Sam Couvillon live in-studio.
Sept. 18, 2025:
I solo-hosted this show and in segment one (12:24-18:25) I played audio cuts I got regarding a University of North Georgia Public Relations student taking issue with a textbook reportedly saying Christian is a modifier for “identity,” referring to Christian Identity, a white supremacy organization. I played audio our own Caleb Hutchins got from the student who raised the concerns, Kelbie Murphy. In segment two (23:37-27:55) I played audio I got from the State Rep. whose district the UNG situation was in, Will Wade (R-9). In segment three (39:50-47:06) I played audio I got with our own Kimberly Sizemore to preview what was happening for the weekend.
